I am the founder of Springhead Social Impact a female owned and operated values based  strategic consulting firm and intermediary that believes that everyone deserves to live a life fulfilled in a safe, healthy and just environment where our differences are elevated and celebrated and we strive to create strong profitable and sustainable communities through creative collaboration for future generations. The firm believes that strategic values based work is key to entrepreneurs, businesses and organizations attaining their best: increased growth, productivity, collaboration and improvements for people, planet and profits.

 

I advise and have partnered with numerous foundations, financial institutions, and policy organizations, including The Wallace Foundation, The Educational Foundation of America, Tara Health Foundation, The Grove Foundation, Boston Impact Initiative, Prime Coalition, Equileap, Natural Investments, Baldwin Brothers, Cornerstone Capital Group and Sonen Capital. In addition, I ran the fourteen offices in the Americas for Christies, the leading global fine art firm. I began my career in finance and worked at Morgan Stanley Investment Management where I was the COO for the Tokyo office. Before that I was a currency and currency options trader at multiple money center banks. In addition to my commercial experience, I have long standing Board and Advisory Board cultivation, creation and management experience and headed up nominating committees steeped in governance and leadership. Currently, I am an advisory council member for Felicia's Promise (a Brooklyn based grassroots non profit mentoring girls 12-18 from underrepresented communities), the Brown University Sports Foundation, was a co-lead of WISE PHL (Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy) for five years and sit on the Finance committee of the Claneil Foundation. I am deeply immersed in the sustainable ecosystem with a particular focus on gender equity and environmental justice. Springhead Social Impact is part of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation working to accelerate the global transition to a circular economy.

 

I have spoken at Opal Impact Investing Forum, ImpactPHL Investing to End Poverty, Big, Bold, & Swift: Climate Investments To Move The Needle Globally And Locally, CFA Endowment & Foundation Conferences and on other stages. My writing and interviews have appeared in the Wall Street Journal and Conscious Company. I live outside of Philadelphia with my husband Paul, and our corgi and 2 cats.
